Delivery Policy

We offer a range of different delivery options to meet your satisfaction. Please note  due to operational reasons our trading card products will be dispatched from a different location to our clothing & merchandise products. This is at no extra cost to you, but be advised you may receive two deliveries if you order both in the same order.

 

DISPATCH

We aim to get all orders made before 2pm (IST) on a working day dispatched in the same day unless stated otherwise on the product page. Orders after 2pm (IST) will be dispatched the next working day. Please allow an additional day for courier deliveries. This is subject to change during busy periods.

 

INDIA

Please note a courier service may be used depending on the size of your order. Aims to arrive in 3-5 working days. Please note: delays may apply due to Covid restrictions.

You will receive a trackable number on your email the day the product is dispatched.

 

 

*Please note that customers are responsible for any customs charges, VAT or import duties payable on receipt of international packages. Please be aware of this when placing your order. If a package is returned to us for any reason (incorrect address or failure to pay, for example) any charges incurred by pokevolt.shop in shipping/recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.
